InStudio ("we", "us", or "our") is an Indian home & living discovery platform. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information we collect

• Account information — when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google.
• Usage data — pages visited, moods saved, items added to cart, and AI visualizations generated.
• Room images — photos you upload for AI room visualization. These are stored temporarily to generate your result and are not shared with third parties.
• Device & session data — browser type, approximate location (city level), and an anonymous session identifier.

2. How we use your information

• To create and manage your account
• To save your moodboards, cart, and generated spaces across devices
• To process orders and send order confirmations
• To improve AI recommendations and discovery features
• To respond to support requests

3. Third-party services

We use the following services to operate the platform:

• Supabase — database and authentication (data stored in AWS ap-south-1, India region)
• Google Sign-In — OAuth authentication; governed by Google's Privacy Policy
• Cloudflare — edge delivery and image optimization

4. Data retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Uploaded room images used for AI visualization are deleted within 30 days. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Children's privacy

InStudio is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice.
